- 3 cups Cold Water
- 2 cups Arrowhead Mills® Amaranth
Cooking instructions: Put amaranth and water in saucepan with lid. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes. Grains will absorb water and bind together.
Makes 3 cups.
