How To Brew
- For best results brew using a French press. May be brewed in a drip coffee maker.
- Measure ground cacao to taste. Start with two level tablespoons of Cacao Brew per six ounces of cold filtered water.
- Slow brewing increases the flavor which improves over time.
- Add Sweetener and/or creamer of your choice. Grounds can be reused.
More Uses: Cacao Brew can be combined with coffee for a mocha flavored coffee. Add cinnamon or spices for a custom Xocolatl. Reuse the grounds in dessert items or smoothies, just like ground cocoa powder or ground coffee.
